L’Industrie is one of a few new-wave Brooklyn pizza parlors making its way to Manhattan this year, including Lucia Pizza of Avenue X. “One thing about us is that we make things we are inspired by, so we don’t have a set menu,” General Manager Nick Baglivo says. “But we want to make sure our pizza quality is the best we can do.
I had the burrata pizza, margarita pizza, and the grape/pistachio gelato. The pizzas were honestly mid and it wasn't a wow factor. I think the food is overhyped. Personally, I prefer other pizza locations like scarrs, joes, and Paulee Gees. The best part of this visit was actually the gelato ice cream.
