Case received- August 3, 2018.A majority (> 75%) of the 3/16 LIN-NBC and MSC-NBC transfer has been approved. There is a telegram group that shares this status. This is so hopeless since from that graph, NBC does not work like a FIFO. Many April cases or May cases got approved. And for some earlier transfer cases happening in Feb or Jan, they just slow down week by week.
