Nope you will have to choose, but you just need 10 boost to max Stamina (3 Wheels), but I think the new DLC will let you max both. 120 shrines / 4 = 30 boosts + 4 Hearts from Divine Beasts If you Max Stamina 10 boosts for stamina leaves 20 boosts for hearts + 4 Divine Beasts + 3 Starter Hearts = 27 Hearts and 3 Stamina Wheels
There are 10 Stamina upgrades and "at least" 23 heart upgrades. The "at least" is because it is not known if you can get more than 23 hearts upgrades from orbs if you still have a dungeon left to do. In any case, there is not enough Spirit Orbs in the game to max both stamina and hearts (without any DLC). 10+23=33, 33>30.You can get 28 hearts and full stamina or all 30 hearts and almost all the stamina with dlc, so with out dlc your 12 spirit orbs away from Max and with dlc you are only 8 spirit orbs away from max.
