I spent over four hours tracking down the Stones of Barenziah for the "No Stone Unturned" quest. I have collected 23/24 and now I am in the Thalmor Embassy trying to collect the last stone. I am in the room looking at the desk that is supposed to have it on it, but it isn't there.I have collected all of the stones but the one in the Thalmor Embassy. I was there for the party and completed that quest but didn't grab the stone when I was there.
